First of all, Happy Diwali. I hope you have had a great time with your family and friends. Unfortunately, it is raining heavily in Bhopal. So no fire crackers this time for me.
I have an interesting update for you about my Avocado pilot project. I have been in touch with the editorial team of www.unitedwithisrael.org. They were thrilled about my project and were keen to interview me over email.
The organisation asked me some questions, and I answered them in detail. We discussed,
- my avocado farming project in India,
- how I got the idea,
- what are my plans with the project,
- Israel’s collaborative approach to develop Indian agriculture.
One key thing that I discussed with United with Israel, that I haven’t yet disclosed previously was that my plan isn’t just to produce Avocado in India.
If I am blessed by fortune’s favourable winds and my sails move me in the right direction, then I hope I get to a position where I enable other farmers to grow avocados and help them bring their produce to tier 1 cities of India/ export markets.
