Sometimes in a business like agriculture, or any other land related business for that matter, you will encounter problems that you could not have foreseen. Some time back, there was a theft in my polyhouse, some people tore the plastic, got in and stole GI pipes inside the polyhouse.
Another problem I recently encountered was a dispute with a land owner near by. My family has a small separate plot near the farm. The neighbors damaged our boundary poles and installing there own fencing.

Now of course this happened 10 months ago and I am writing this in Feb 2023. So I know what happened next, the dispute was resolved as the neighbors were not encroaching our land, but they did damage our fencing.
